GENERAL QUESTIONS

I have a promo code. How do I use it?

All promo codes must be entered at checkout by you, the customer. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to manually apply discounts or adjust prices. Promo codes cannot be applied to previous purchases.


What is my Secret Styles order number/ID and where can I find it?

Each order receives a unique order number. You can find this number in all emails related to your purchase, including your Order Confirmation. Please provide your order number anytime you contact us about your order.


What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards as well as PayPal, Afterpay and klarna . Simply select your preferred option during checkout.


Do you offer wholesale?

Unfortunately, not at the moment.


When do you restock?

We can’t provide exact restock dates — but we upload new styles weekly!

Can I be notified when an item is restocked?

Yes! Follow us on all social media channels and sign up for restock alerts on the interested item to be the first to know.


How do I sign up for your mailing list, and what are the benefits?

Scroll down on our site to the “STAY IN TOUCH!” section and enter your email.

Why can’t I add an item to my cart?

The item is most likely sold out. Please check back soon!


Why won’t my discount code work?

A few things to check:

  • Correct entry: Codes are case-sensitive. Try copying and pasting.

  • Expiration: Confirm the code is still valid.

  • Eligible items: Some codes apply only to select items.

  • Unique codes: These can only be used once and cannot be combined with other discounts.


ORDER STATUS — WHAT EACH STATUS MEANS

UNFULFILLED

Your order has been placed and is awaiting processing by our accounting department.

FULFILLED

Your order has been processed and sent to our shipping facility.
No changes can be made at this stage.

COMPLETED

Your order has been fully processed and shipped.
This does not mean it has been delivered.
Please refer to your tracking number for delivery updates.

CANCELLED/REFUNDED

In rare cases of high demand, items may become unavailable after you place your order.
If this happens:

  • We will contact you within 48 hours

  • Any unavailable items will be refunded

  • Remaining items in your order will still ship

Orders may also be cancelled if billing or shipping information cannot be verified.
Please try again using an alternate payment method.

What carriers do you ship with?

We ship using USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx.


Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes!
Next Day, 2-Day, and 3-Day options are available at checkout for domestic U.S. orders.


When will my order ship?

Orders ship within 1–2 business days after processing.


RETURNS / EXCHANGES / STORE CREDIT

Do you provide return labels?

No. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Your shipping courier will provide a label after postage is paid.

I received my package and need to return or exchange it. What should I do?

My tracking says my return was delivered. Why haven’t I been contacted yet?

Please allow 3–5 business days for us to process your return once it arrives at our facility.
You will be contacted as soon as processing is complete.

I have store credit. How do I use it?

If you were given a store credit code, simply enter it in the Discount Code section at checkout.
It will apply to the item subtotal only.
