Return & Exchange Policy

Secret Styles does not issue refunds for returned items.

We understand that shopping online doesn’t always work out perfectly, so we’re happy to offer exchanges or store credit in accordance with the guidelines below.


Eligibility for Exchange or Store Credit

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of the original shipment date.

  • Eligible returns will receive:

    • Store credit, or

    • An exchange for another item of equal value (if the same item is not available).

  • Returns received after 15 days will be refused and sent back to you at your expense.


Condition of Returned Items

All returned items must be:

  • In their original condition

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Undamaged

  • With all original tags and packaging 

Non-returnable items:

  • Bodysuits

  • Swimsuits

Any items that appear worn, washed, damaged, or otherwise not in original condition will be returned to you at your expense.


Return Shipping & Tracking

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • You must obtain a tracking number for your return package.

    • If a package is lost in transit and no tracking number is provided, we may not be able to process your exchange or store credit.

  • Please include a note inside your package with:

    • Your full name

    • Your order number

    • What you would like in exchange (item name/size) or that you would like store credit

Return Notification

Please email us at customercare@secret-styles.com with your return tracking information once you’ve shipped your item.


Important Note

Secret Styles reserves the right not to issue store credit or process an exchange if your return is received outside of our stated policy terms or does not meet the condition requirements listed above.
