Shipping Policy

 

ORDERS

Please allow up to 48 business hours (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays) for order processing.
Once processed, orders typically ship within 2–3 business days.

Next-Day Shipping

  • Orders requiring NEXT DAY SHIPPING must be placed before 2:00 PM EST to ensure same-day processing.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST , on Fridays, weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

Refunds & Exchanges

Secret Styles  DOES NOT ISSUE REFUNDS on any items.
However, customers may be eligible for an exchange.

Secret Styles is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Missed delivery attempts

  • Lost, stolen, or damaged packages

  • Any USPS/UPS/FedEx/DHL shipping issues after the order has left our facility

For delivery concerns, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

  • U.S. territories
    All such orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Domestic shipping rates are calculated at checkout and shipped via:

  • USPS

  • UPS


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout and shipped via:

  • FedEx

  • DHL

Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees

Secret Styles ships all international orders Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU).
This means all customs duties, taxes, and fees must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

If the customer refuses to pay duties and the package is returned to us:

  • We will not resend the package.

  • A store credit will be issued for the subtotal amount only (shipping fees are non-refundable).


Carrier Delays

Secret Styles is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or any other carrier.
Once a package has been shipped, all delivery inquiries must be directed to the shipping carrier.
